Recent Images

This image took a little planning and a little luck. I researched the comet, and determined where it would be in the sky, then I located a pumpjack that was oriented at a good angle for the shot. The white streak is the International Space Station, and the dashed lines are aircraft. (those were the "luck" components). I confirmed that was indeed the ISS with a little research after the shot.

This shot was one of the first of the evening as I worked to line up the pumpjack for an interesting foreground.
